Description

Higgins have a four-to-six-month fixed term contract available for a Site or Project Engineer to join our team on the exciting Kaiwiakawe Windfarm Project in Dargaville. 

Proven engineering experience across Pavements, Roading and Earthworks is essential. This role is available now, if you are interested in joining the Green Team then apply now!

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Ideally, 3 + years’ experience as an Engineer on civils and roading projects 
  • Prior project experience overseeing roading, earthworks and pavement construction 
  • Major project experience is preferred but not essential. 
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (NZDCE or BEng Civils or similar
  • Understanding of the Construction Contracts Act and the knowledge to apply NZS3910 is desirable
  • Experience managing project resources including materials and teams/crews is favourable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
