About the Role

This is a hands-on engineering role based in our precast yard, working alongside supervisors and crews to keep daily production on track. You will be close to the work, supporting planning, checking quality, and helping coordinate the safe and efficient delivery of precast elements.

  • Support daily and short-term production planning across the yard
  • Work with crews to organise tasks, sequencing, and workflow
  • Check work against drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate materials, plant, and subcontractors for assigned tasks
  • Track progress, productivity, and basic cost information
  • Assist with safety, environmental, and quality processes on site

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Engineering qualification in civil or a related field
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in construction or a similar environment
  • Understanding of construction methods and site-based work
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team
  • Organised approach to managing tasks and priorities
