We’re looking for a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to keep our quarry operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain and repair fixed plant equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Hours: Minimum 40 hours guaranteed

What You’ll Do
  • Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance on fixed plant equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) and metalworking tools
  • Assemble and fit components using precision measurement tools
  • Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards at all times
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in metal fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG/Stick)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot machinery
  • Trade certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical fitting
