Are you ready to take the reins of a cutting-edge manufacturing and distribution site? We seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead our Tauriko operation into its next phase of growth. This newly created role combines leadership across both Manufacturing and Distribution, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of a site that’s just two years into production. Initially focused on manufacturing, you’ll build deep operational knowledge before expanding into full site leadership.

What you’ll do:
  • Drive world-class manufacturing and order fulfilment standards
  • Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality excellence
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across production and logistics
  • Manage budgets, assets, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced production environments (10+ years)
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience
  • Expertise in manufacturing excellence and quality systems (ISO 9001, 45001, 48001)
  • A passion for safety, people development, and cultural transformation
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Business, or similar)
