The Role

As a Site Manager you will be working with a committed team of construction professionals to deliver a carefully programmed schedule of mixture of stand-alone houses and medium-density terraces. You will build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers and lead by example, upholding high standards of integrity and Health & Safety. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing quality projects through from start to finish.

About You

To be a successful in this role, you will have:

• Solid experience overseeing the delivery of residential new builds on a medium to large scale

• Demonstrated leadership ability

• Outstanding organisation and planning skills

• In-depth understanding of construction techniques, methodologies, technologies, and products

• Familiarity with design specifications and relevant building legislative requirements

• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer savvy
