The Opportunity

We're looking for a strong people leader to take ownership of our night shift operation at Crestmead in the southern suburbs of Brisbane.

This role is all about leadership. You'll lead from the front, creating a culture where people feel supported, accountable and motivated to perform at their best. You'll coach and develop your team, manage performance when required, champion safe work practices and ensure every shift operates effectively.

Industry experience isn't essential. We're looking for someone with proven leadership capability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead teams through challenges, change and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading production, manufacturing or operational facilities, with accountability for people, safety and performance outcomes.
Proven ability to lead frontline teams, develop capability and build a culture of accountability and engagement.
A strong safety-first mindset and a proactive approach to risk management.
Experience managing performance, having courageous conversations and applying formal people processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of a business.
A track record of driving operational improvement, problem solving and delivering results through others.
Resilience, adaptability and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

This shift runs Sunday to Thursday from 7pm to 3.30am.
