About the role

In this newly created role, you will be reporting to the Surfacing Manager.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operator to work alongside the Surfacing Manager in building a new division within the business.  

You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm and have the flexibility to work additional hours/days as required.

• Carrying out milling operations including routine maintenance pre-starts 
• Ensuring machinery is kept in clean and safe working order
• Liaising with external stakeholders


What you’ll bring to the role

• Previous experience in road maintenance and surfacing industry
• Experience in milling operations
• Class 2 licence and WTR
• Experience using Trimble would be highly beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to health and safety for yourself, colleagues, and the public
