We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Milling Operator to join our crew and support our road maintenance and construction operations. If you enjoy hands on work, operating heavy machinery, and being part of a tight knit team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

About the Role

As a Milling Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating milling machinery to remove existing road surfaces safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the crew to ensure high quality outcomes and smooth project delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience operating milling machines or similar heavy plant
  • Strong understanding of road construction and milling processes
  • A safety-first mindset - for yourself, your team, and the public
  • Class 2 or 4 licence (WTR endorsement an advantage)
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed - ready to work rain or shine
  • Ability to work nights or on call when required
