Where Your Story Begins

We are on the lookout for part-timers ready to become Specification Associates, working 24 hours a week, ideally from Tuesday to Friday. This role involves winning specifications and sales within the Architectural and Construction Industry, primarily with architects, designers, and developers.

If you're a go-getter looking for a career that fits around your life, this position is for you. Working closely with our specification managers and project team, you'll grow specification sales within your region and promote our wonderful products through exceptional face-to-face customer service and presentations.

The Nitty Gritty

We are committed to training and showing you what makes us Lammies great. However, a few things would make your transition to this amazing position easier:

  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • Proven sales experience, including hitting KPIs
  • Business development mindset to win new business and retain accounts
  • Knowledge and interest in interior design with a hunger to advance in the field
  • Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and manage sales opportunities from design through to order placement
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as presentation and communication skills
  • Being organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Passion for design, with excellent attention to detail and solution-based selling skills
  • A driver's license (car included in your offer)
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team
  • Social and networking skills
  • An interest in construction, sales, and creating meaningful relationships with clients
  • Previous experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or Specification is an advantage but not essential
