Where you story begins

We are on the lookout for the part-timers who are prepared to become a Specification Associate. The people ready to return to the workforce for 24 hours a week. Ideally Tuesday to Friday (24 hrs a week).  This role is responsible for winning specifications and sales within the Architectural and Construction Industry, primarily with architects, designers, and developers. 

The go getters who have been longing for a career that works around what their life requires…. Working closely with our specification managers and project team, this position is all about growing specification sales within your region and promoting our wonderful products through exceptional face to face customer service and presentations to customers. 


The Nitty Gritty 

We are committed to training, to showing you what makes us Lammies great. However, there are a few things that would make your transition to this amazing position just a little easier. 

  • Experience in a customer facing position in the past 
  • Knowledge and interest in interior design with a hunger to advance in the field. 
  • The ability to think on your feet, problem solve & work in a face paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and manage sales opportunities from design through to order placement. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as presentation and communication skills
  • Being organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities & project simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Passion for design, with excellent attention to detail and solution based selling skills 
  • A drivers licence for your car included in your offer
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to work independently or as part of a high performing team 
  • Social and networking skills
  • An interest in construction, sales and creating meaningful relationships with clients
  • Previous experience in Interior design, Architecture, Specification an advantage but not essential.
