Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Specification Representative to join our Melbourne team. Your primary goal will be to gain specification within the architecture and design space, which will be driven by your ability to identify the source of demand within the market and follow through on sales execution. 
 
Your responsibilities:
  • Gaining and maintaining specification on major projects
  • Identify opportunities inside current portfolio to grow Laminex Share
  • Develop strong networks and relationships within the market
  • Managing specification through the project life cycle
  • Develop expertise in Laminex brand and product suite and adapt our offering to the differing needs & drivers of individual stakeholder businesses!
  • This role will have direct access to major Architectural firms in Melbourne. Locally you will work closely with a team of driven individuals who value collaboration and see the benefit of all members succeeding.

The role you will play 
 
You will bring enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills to this position coupled with the ability to priorities customer needs and work with internal stakeholders to manage projects throughout the end-to-end sales process. A sound ability to work with technology is essential and previous experience with a CRM is encouraged with the use of Salesforce being looked upon favorably.
 
Ideally, we are searching for an energic sales professional. Experience with other Construction Supply companies, Architectural firms or the Interior Design processes will be highly regarded.
