We are now looking for a Specification Manager - Commercial to join our team for an 18 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. This role covers the Melbourne metro region and is a work from anywhere opportunity, offering flexibility and impact.

What you’ll be doing

Building strong relationships with developers, architects, and designers to drive product specification.
Promote Laminex’s decorative panels and laminates as the preferred choice across commercial interiors.
Position our products positively against competitors through compelling storytelling and technical knowledge.
Manage customer interactions and pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
Leverage an existing customer base and benefit from a full handover process.

What you’ll bring to the table

Sales/BDM or Specification experience in decorative surfaces, commercial interiors, or building materials is ideal—but not essential.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and influence specification decisions.
Willingness to learn and grow with support from a structured handover.
