Due to increased growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Specifier Representative to represent Dimond’s customer relations in Auckland and the wider North Island.
You will be responsible for raising Dimond’s brand presence in the industry, as the leader of roofing and structural systems. We have already forged a reputation for quality and innovation and continue to be recognised among those looking for the best roofing products and materials, we need you to share our success story!
Building robust and meaningful relationships will be at the heart of everything you do, you will work day to day with specification professionals, uncovering projects and leveraging specification based on knowledge and trust.
You will be a recognised partner in roofing and structural solutions on a project by project basis, providing input on projects with complexity and technical involvement and ensuring we are meeting requirements around code compliance.
Experience within the roofing, structural flooring or construction industry will be an advantage, but it will be your strong customer focus and ability to develop successful business relationships with architects and structural engineers that counts. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Also, you will have the ability to identify and capitalise opportunities, effectively organise and plan your time and plan and implement sales growth plans. Inherently you possess personal drive and determination to achieve stretch goals and targets that will ensure your success.
