The Position 
Laminex are now searching for a Part-time/Casual HR Driver and/or Storeperson to join our close knit Townsville team. This role is focused on servicing the Townsville region and surrounds.
 
We work 8.00am- 4.00pm Monday-Friday. But we are offering a position with flexible hours to suit your life outside of work. Your primary responsibilities will be loading and unloading of our trucks and the delivery of our products to our valued customers across the region. 
This role will be up to 38 hours per week, and can be either permanent part-time or full-time casual.

Permanent full-time: $32- $34 per hour Penalties & 12% Super (38 hours + overtime as need basis)

About You
  • We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role. 
  • You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:
  • Must have a Heavy Rigid truck licence with 6 months + exp driving HR or bigger 
  • Must have current Forklift licence 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with board products highly regarded
  • Strong safety focus is essential 
  • Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
  • Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
