The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed Forklift Driver / Storeperson to join our team at the Tullamarine Distribution Centre in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

This is a permanent full-time position, working standard afternoon shift hours from 4pm to 12am, with occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading trucks using a variety of forklifts
Manually picking and packing orders
Stock Control and Replenishments
Performing manual labour tasks, including lifting, packing, cleaning, and walking around the site
Completing warehouse-related paperwork

About You:

We are looking for a people-focused and safety-minded individual who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role.

You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:

Forklift license (required) with a minimum of 12 months experience using a Counter Balance Forklift
Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers
Ability to work autonomously
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
Candidates who display a strong history of long-term employment in their recent roles will be prioritised

In addition to the above, you must be able to:

Work as a full-time afternoon shift employee from 4pm-midnight, Monday - Friday
Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
Provide Laminex with 2 x professional referees (following interviews)
Legally work in Australia without restrictions
