Laminex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support operations at our Prospect site on the afternoon shift. This role is critical in ensuring efficient warehouse performance through accurate stock allocation, inventory control, and administrative support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong allocation experience, a valid forklift licence, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Shift Details
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:54 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Days: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
  • Regular overtime required based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records within Laminex systems (WMS)
  • Allocate stock to customer and internal orders in line with dispatch schedules
  • Coordinate outbound freight, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
  • Liaise with warehouse operators and transport providers to meet delivery targets.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and Nil stocks on the afternoon shift.
  • Operate a forklift (LF) when required to support loading and strapping.
  • Ensure compliance with Laminex safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team when needed.

Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse administration role, preferably within distribution.
  • Strong background in stock allocation, inventory control, and dispatch coordination.
  • Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential.
  • Experience using WMS, or similar systems
  • Sound understanding of warehouse operations in a high-volume environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
