Brian Perry Civil (BPC) have an exciting opportunity for Submissions Manager to join the Central team based in Hamilton.

You’ll join a talented team to lead the development of standout submissions that win major infrastructure projects. From strategy to delivery, you’ll craft compelling, client-focused proposals, collaborate across teams, and bring together fresh thinking to every bid. Your leadership will shape a high-performing, innovative submissions function that’s always one step ahead.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 5 years’ in a relevant industry experience
  • Experience in a submissions or tendering role within the construction or similar sector
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for collaborative working
  • Strong programme working skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
