We are taking applications for Summer Interns based in Hamilton, Waipukurau, Gisborne, and Wellington

What’s on Offer?

Our internship programme commences 14 November 2025 through to 11 February 2026. We kick off the programme by bringing all new interns together for a welcome day at Fletcher Construction HQ in Auckland – you will then head back to your main location for the remainder of your internship. 

With a focus on professional development, you will learn more about construction and our business – including building your commercial acumen, productivity, how to personally develop yourself and expanding your career networks. Depending on your chosen area of focus this might mean gaining exposure to a specific project, observing, and doing by gaining hands-on experience. There will be lots to see, learn and do!

About you:

We are looking for Summer Interns who are studying in the following areas and at various stages of their degrees:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying
