About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Piling Supervisor who knows how to run a site, lead crews and keep work moving safely and to plan. You’ll be right in the detail, coordinating piling activities, supporting your team and working closely with project leaders to deliver quality outcomes.

You’ll lead from the front, balancing safety, programme and productivity across a range of civil and ground engineering projects.

  • Lead piling crews on site, coordinating people, plant and daily activities
  • Plan work ahead, manage programme risks and keep delivery on track
  • Ensure safe work practices are followed, with clear controls in place
  • Read drawings and set clear direction so work is completed right first time
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements
  • Monitor productivity, quality and costs, keeping accurate site records

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in piling, foundations or ground engineering projects
  • Proven ability to lead crews and keep teams motivated on site
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, methodology and sequencing
  • Practical knowledge of health and safety requirements in civil construction
  • Confidence managing subcontractors, plant and site logistics
  • Trade background or relevant civil construction experience
