Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a System Support Analyst to join our team at Fletcher Construction based in Palmerston North. 

The System Support Analyst provides technical support for key roading applications used by Fletcher Construction, including AWM, M5, Guardian, Juno, and iCos. They work closely with the Roading Applications team to ensure users can effectively meet their operational goals. The role involves managing support processes end-to-end and escalating complex issues to Level 3 support or external vendors when necessary.

What you’ll bring to the role: 
  • Minimum two years of experience in an application support role, with familiarity in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of AWM.
  • Skilled in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining roading applications, with knowledge of relational databases and SQL as an advantage.
  • Experience in fleet and asset management is highly beneficial.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Able to identify risks early and apply analytical thinking with a practical understanding of business needs.
  • Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills, including a professional phone manner and effective documentation abilities.
  • Produces high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation.
