TTM Coordinator – Wellington

Higgins Wellington is looking for an organised and proactive TTM Coordinator to support the efficient planning, scheduling and administration of Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) activities. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly - coordinating bookings, allocating resources, supporting subcontractors, and ensuring accurate documentation so our crews can deliver safe, compliant and high quality TTM services.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating TTM bookings - receiving, managing and confirming internal and external requests
  • Scheduling staff and plant - working with Supervisors to allocate the right people and equipment
  • Preparing job packs and documentation - ensuring crews have accurate TMPs, schedules and compliance information
  • Supporting subcontractor coordination - issuing job details, documentation and assisting with overflow work
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders - ensuring accurate billing and commercial administration
  • Maintaining systems and data - keeping booking records, compliance documents and databases up to date
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders - resolving scheduling issues and supporting safe, timely delivery
  • Supporting health, safety and compliance - ensuring documentation and planning meet audit and TMP requirements

What you’ll bring
  • Experience in administration, coordination or scheduling
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Problem solving capability and resilience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and subcontractors
  • Class 1 licence (desirable)
  • TTM industry knowledge or qualifications (advantageous)
  • Experience in civil construction or TTM environments (preferred)
