Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the Fletcher Construction Talent Acquisition team, based in Palmerston North

You will manage end to end recruitment and deliver creative local sourcing initiatives, supported by the wider team, backed by coordinated recruitment and branding campaigns.

Partner with the business to source, pipeline, and recruit top talent across a variety of roles within your portfolio, across multiple geographical locations.

About You

An experienced recruitment advisor or partner
Solid end to end recruitment experience
Comfortable recruiting both salaried and waged roles
Direct sourcing experience
Ability to partner, coach and influence
Experience in the construction sector is beneficial
