This role will be leading the Talent Acquisition for one of our key Business Units - Laminex. 

What a day in the Talent team looks like:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across diverse functions.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver strategic, customer-centric hiring solutions.
  • Championing candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
  • Leveraging data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Exploring and implementing creative sourcing strategies and technologies.
  • Driving projects that expand the scope of Talent Acquisition into workforce planning, talent intelligence, and beyond.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Experience with Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools are a must.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • A love for all things Talent Acquisition—from sourcing to strategy.
  • A desire to innovate, challenge norms, and grow your impact beyond traditional recruitment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
