This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Products & Corporate Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Our team focuses on sourcing the best talent in the market place whilst providing a high level of service to our internal key stakeholders in a fun and driven environment.
You will take ownership on establishing relationships with key hiring managers and be a true business partner, predominantly in the white collar space across both our Building Products division and the Corporate portfolio. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from brief taking to sourcing and attracting as well as screening and vetting talent. You will take responsibility for candidate management and take pride in representing our various brands to prospective employees. The types of roles you will recruit will vary but will primarily be in the white collar space so you will be adept at working at pace whilst multitasking and prioritising your workload. The role will also see you getting involved in some exciting projects outside of business as usual - things like youth employment campaigns, engagement, employment branding and internal mobility.
You will be an experienced corporate recruiter with excellent communication skills who is seeking a new challenge. With an agency or internal recruitment background, you will feel comfortable forging new relationships with key stakeholders and establishing strong networks with hiring managers. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have experience partnering a multi site manufacturing business (in an internal or external capacity).
You will be, driven, motivated and customer-centric, you will have a determined mind-set to get successful results. Our Talent Acquisition team utilises an ATS and various technology and social media platforms so being technically savvy with a high level of attention to detail is a must.
