As a Talent & Capability Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in coaching and facilitating development across the business. From strategic planning to hands-on coordination, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of all things learning and organisational development.

This role is flexible on your location of work - We have offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland NZ where this role can be based. 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted partner to senior leaders and the wider business, you’ll:

  • Coach leaders to unlock potential, build capability, and drive performance.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences and leadership development programs that inspire action.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, including trans-Tasman collaboration.
  • Lead compliance reporting and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including our Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Coordinate end-to-end L&OD activities—from strategy to execution—ensuring seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage internal networks and peer expertise to amplify learning impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in L&OD, organisational development, or HR business partnering.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Experience with compliance reporting and DEI programs.
  • A proactive, organised approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
