Be the driving force behind world-class service delivery! This is your chance to take the reins of a high-performing distribution centre based in Tauraiko, combining leadership, logistics, and customer excellence in a role that’s central to our national supply chain. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and inspire a skilled warehouse team of 45 to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Champion health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure smooth, safe, efficient and cost effective operations across inventory, freight, and customer support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Collaborate with transport providers and internal teams to meet delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven leadership in large-scale warehousing or distribution (5+ years).
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for safety, service, and team development.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
