Be the driving force behind world-class service delivery! This is your chance to take the reins of a high-performing distribution centre based in Tauraiko, combining leadership, logistics, and customer excellence in a role that’s central to our national supply chain. What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a skilled warehouse team of 45 to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Champion health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Ensure smooth, safe, efficient and cost effective operations across inventory, freight, and customer support.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in logistics and warehouse management.
Collaborate with transport providers and internal teams to meet delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership in large-scale warehousing or distribution (5+ years).
Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for safety, service, and team development.
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
