More About Our Team Leader Role 

Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics and a drive to take ownership of your team’s success? In this newly created role we’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Team Leader to join our Distribution team in Reservoir. In this essential role, you’ll lead a dedicated crew to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery operations that consistently exceed customer expectations. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground—coaching and mentoring your team, managing daily operations, and stepping up confidently when your supervisor is on leave or not available. 

This is more than just a team leader role—it’s an opportunity to shape a high-performing team and foster a culture of safety, accountability, excelling in customer service and continuous improvement. You’ll bring your expertise in transport operations, load planning, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) to the forefront, while building strong relationships across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of transport operations, load restraint, and load planning.
  • A proactive approach to safety & Continuous improvement  
  • Solid grasp of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and using ERP and other digital systems 
  • Forklift License
