This role is based at our Clever Core NZ plant, Cavendish Drive, Manukau, so great for someone wanting to reduce their commute or work closer to home. We have plenty of on site parking and it is close to motorway networks.
To provide Technical advice and support about Clever Core NZ range of products, systems and solutions so they are understood to enable sales to be secured. Engage with key stakeholders from Council, Designers, Engineers, Corporate builders (like Fletcher Living), GHB and Government agencies to promote the benefits of panelisation and DFMA principles to allow speed, quality and safety advantages to be realised for our potential customers. Focus on developing strategies and execute these to initially identify specifiers, early adopters and challenges to obtaining market acceptance of our products and services. The role will also initially require strong in market technical support and training presence to secure specification and sales. The role will then evolve to include exploring other related OSM product and systems growth opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced and capable individual with proven industry experience. You will need to have technical understanding and previous experience in either the residential or commercial construction market segment with understanding of both design and construction processes. This is a new business and product so experience launching new products / systems into the building industry will also be highly advantageous. There are no direct reports in this role, it is a sole position, and you will be reporting to and working very closely with the GM so you’ll need to be well organised, have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and very comfortable presenting to groups of people that will test your technical knowledge. We are also looking for someone that has an aptitude for numbers, analysing data and is comfortable preparing a business case if called up. But most of all, we are looking for someone with a great attitude, high energy levels and takes pride in achieving results and getting things done!
