About the role

As a key player in the industry, we are always on the hunt for great talent and as we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Technology leader to join our team in the role of Technology Business Partner for our Australian businesses.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the business technology strategy, ensuring that it delivers to our customer needs aligns with the overall business objectives.

As part of Australia's Senior Leadership Team, you will be at the forefront of Fletcher Building’s technological evolution, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital strategy to support business objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager FletcherTech – Australia, you will play an active role in both the Australian businesses and FletcherTech. In this role, you will be the point of accountability for the development and implementation of the long-term technology roadmaps for Australia; the initiation and oversight of delivering business outcome; and proactive service resilience management to ensure service and business continuity.

About you

You’ll have at least 5 years proven experience in a similar role. You’ll be commercially minded, able to marry business, product, and technical decisions with tomorrow in mind.

Critical to your success will be your ability to define customer centric solutions that deliver business benefit through existing and emerging technologies. As a highly skilled influencer, through meaningful narrative to Senior leaders and Executives, you will influence strategic road maps and investment that deliver outcome.
