About the role
Fletcher Insulation is currently seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Territory Manager to join our sales team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Residential Segment Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales portfolio of channel trade hardware partners, contractors and builders within the retail channel segment.
Critical to the success of the role is:
- The ability to drive the sales process across both the hardware channel and builders to drive improved sales outcomes for the business.
- Adept at communicating with all levels of an organisation and possess the ability to tailor your communication to your customer
- Strategic mindset for new business development of both existing customers as well as seeking new opportunities.
Ideally you will possess experience in a Sales Representative or Account Manager role and be driven to take the step up into a business development role. Your career history will ideally demonstrate some exposure to the construction or building markets with an understanding of driving primary demand being highly sought after.
You will be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial mindset with communication and relationship building skills as some of your key attributes. Most importantly you will be passionate about sales, credible and driven to advance your career!
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a full medical and drug & alcohol.
