 About Your New Role

This is an opportunity to step into a well-established Territory Manager – Retail role within our Victorian sales team (office based in Dandenong), supporting customers across Melbourne, Geelong and Gippsland. Created due to an internal promotion, the territory is active, well-connected and ready for someone who enjoys building strong retail partnerships while identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy combining relationship-led sales with data and insights. Managing your territory through CRM-led disciplines, you will use customer information, trends and evidence to guide decisions, plan activity and create tailored solutions. With a strong focus on learning and adaptability, you will stay curious about changes in your industry landscape, product innovations and customer needs always bringing energy, clear communication and follow-through to every customer interaction. 

Does this Sound Like You?
  • You bring initiative and creativity to problem solving and enjoy finding smarter ways to grow accounts and win new business
  • Organised, self-driven and confident managing your territory autonomously while staying connected to the wider team and cross functional stakeholders at Fletcher Insualtion
  • Experience in account management or technical sales within the building, construction or related industry
  • Comfortable using data, reporting and market insights to shape decisions, plans and conversations
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships and enjoy being a trusted partner to your customers rather than a transactional seller
Preferred Skills 
  • Internal Sales, quotes or Customer Service experience from a complex business
  • Experience with quotes, technical products, and processing orders 
  • Experience with CRM systems – Salesforce an advantage  
  • Bright and confident personality 
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions 
  • Loves variety and willing to learn new parts of the business 
  • Have a full driver license and willing to travel interstate
