Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. Our Pink® Batts and other bulk glasswool products such as Pink® Partition and FirmaSoft® are manufactured in Australia by Fletcher Insulation and are produced using up to 80% recycled materials. About the Role

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a talented and dynamic thinking Territory Manager to join our Sydney team, focusing on the Commercial, HVAC, and Roofing sectors at Fletcher Insulation. In this position, you will engage in proactive business development, servicing, and revitalising client relationships. You will confidently negotiate and understand the solutions we can offer to meet our customer's needs, all while thriving in an autonomous environment where results and "making things happen" are highly valued.

You'll collaborate with an experienced, supportive, and successful team that values strong commercial, planning, and analytical skills. Your ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, will be crucial. Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional sales background in an external sales role
  • Successfully grown targeted accounts in the past
  • Previous exposure to reigniting past relationships 
  • Experienced in working to sales budgets and sales metrics
  • Confident in relationship building with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have used Microsoft Office 360 successfully
  • Bold and outgoing personality with a good team attitude! 
  • Full Drivers License
  • Be available to attend sales meetings at our Prospect office when required
