About your new role

Due to retirement, we are excited to start the search for a motivated and community-minded Territory Manager to join our Bendigo team. This newly designed role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regional setting, values strong customer relationships, and enjoys being hands-on across both sales and branch operations. You’ll be responsible for growing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the practical needs of our customers, not just what they ask for. You will be the face of Fletcher Insulation. 

You will be confident in offering practical, solution-based advice to our customers, backed by strong product knowledge and your genuine interest in helping others. Your ability to negotiate and influence in the sales process is important along with your ability to navigate systems confidently and communicate clearly. You will be a team player who is absolutely fine with supporting the team at the branch should anyone be away. 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 
  • Previous sales experience – internal, external or account management 
  • Familiar with growing sales pipelines & understanding market trends 
  • Passionate about customers, being inquisitive and exceeding their expectation
  • Experienced in working to sales budgets and sales metrics
  • Confident in relationship building with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong in the use of digital systems (Microsoft Office & CRM) 
  • Some exposure to running a branch or warehouse
  • Bold and outgoing personality with a good team attitude! 
  • Full Drivers licence and ideally hold a Forklift license
