THE ROLE
Pink® Batts® is a household name, engineered specifically for New Zealand’s unique climate and building styles. With over 60 years of evolution, today’s Pink® Batts® insulation is smarter, more efficient, and backed by cutting-edge technology.

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and customer-focused Territory Manager to join our high-performing Pink® Batts® Sales Team. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across the Auckland region. You’ll work closely with merchants, builders, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities, increase market share, and deliver outstanding service. This role combines account management, business development, and technical sales support. Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, builders, installers, and key customers 
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory 
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth 
  • Conduct product presentations and site visits 
  • Provide technical guidance and product support to customers 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity 
ABOUT YOU

  • A confident communicator and natural problem-solver.
  • Skilled at managing and growing customer accounts.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and driving market share.
  • Passionate about representing a trusted brand with integrity and pride.
  • Experience in the Auckland region and a background in building products or trade sales will be a strong advantage.
  • A full NZ driving license.
