Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. We are an Australian company, and part of the Fletcher Building group. Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

About Your New Role

This is an opportunity to join an established business and take ownership of a well-developed territory across Western Australia as a Territory Manager, based in Perth. Working alongside an experienced State Manager, you will be supported to learn, ask questions and build your expertise while developing strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. Whether you're an experienced Territory Manager, Account Manager or Externa; Sales Representative looking for your next challenge, this role offers the chance to broaden your industry knowledge and build a successful long-term career in sales.

You will get to spend your time on the road connecting with customers, understanding their businesses and finding ways to add value. Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, staying close to the market and using customer insights, CRM data and sales trends to identify opportunities within your portfolio. Regular travel throughout WA forms part of the role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, values strong customer connections and is motivated by achieving results.

Does this Sound Like You?

Experience in the building, construction or related industry, with an understanding of how residential projects come together
Proven success managing customer accounts, territories or sales portfolios
Confidence using CRM systems, customer data and market insights to identify opportunities and track performance.
A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, learn and continually improve
Self-motivated, organised and driven to grow market share while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Build genuine, long-term relationships and enjoy being a trusted partner to your customers rather than a transactional seller
As this role come with a vehicle, you must have a full driver's license
