Description

Are you passionate about process improvement and delivering exceptional support? Fletcher Building is seeking a Time & Attendance (T&A) Support professional to join our Group Payroll team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless payroll operations and supporting our business units across New Zealand and Australia.


About the Role:

As a T&A Support, you will:
  • Act as the first point of contact for T&A queries, triaging emails and tickets to the wider Workforce Systems (WFS) team.
  • Support Time & Attendance Business Analysts, project teams, and testers.
  • Maintain process maps, documentation, and communications for WFS systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business requirements with payroll processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion system enhancements.
  • Assist with configuration changes, training, and implementation of new processes.

About you:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural inclination for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and experience in AU/NZ Payroll Operations or Systems is essential.
  • Experience in process improvement and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
