About the Role:
As a Trade Support Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch providing essential support and clear communication across our trade operations. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, trade customers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience. With a flexible, can-do attitude, you’ll manage customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes and pricing, and find solutions to meet customer needs
  • Engage with customers and suppliers face to face, over the phone, and via email
  • Recommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track orders and arrange timely deliveries
  • Take clear briefs from stakeholders and prepare accurate quote documentation
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to capture opportunities through daily and weekly planning
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays at our Whangarei Branch.

  • Bring a strong work ethic, approachable nature & commitment to delivering deliver great service to everyone 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
  • Knowledge of building products or the construction industry is a plus
