Our Higgins Traffic Division is growing, and we are on the lookout for a Traffic Operations Supervisor to join the team. As a Supervisor, you will organise and oversee the planning, resourcing and effective delivery of workload in the Traffic Management team, including subcontractors. You will grow and develop this team, so you will be fantastic and coaching and leading people.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Solid TTM experience as an STMS
STMS CAT A/B/C Practicing or non-practicing is essential
Minimum Class 2 Licence
Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin/profit calculations
Strong knowledge of QA and H&S requirements
Strong people management skills
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
Strong attention to detail
