Description

Our Higgins Traffic Division is growing, and we are on the lookout for a Traffic Operations Supervisor to join the team. As a Supervisor in our Traffic Management team, you’ll be responsible leading the operational aspects of the traffic division including subcontractors.

What you’ll bring to the role
  • A background in the Traffic industry and having STMS qualification is beneficial 
  • Temporary Traffic Management Planning experience is desirable 
  • Experience working on civil / roading projects 
  • Experience with plant and people resourcing, managing utilisation and plant costs
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work 
  • You’ll be passionate about leading and developing people 
  • Strong focus on health and safety not only for yourself, your colleagues but also the public
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
