Key Requirements:

Strong interest in the building industry and a desire to learn
Basic understanding of building industry and product information
Proficient in computer skills. Knowledge of CAD Software is an advantage, but not required
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Analyse project requirements and specifications under the guidance of senior estimators
Help prepare estimates for a variety of projects across different regions
Maintain and update industry knowledge, learning about trends and pricing
