About the role
A contract opportunity has become available for an experienced Transition Project Management specialist to join one of our business units on a 12-months contract basis.
This role will see you drive various workstreams in a period of significant change and proactively manage the inter dependencies of each workstream. You will bring specialised consulting expertise to ensure that these initiatives are appropriately scoped, planned, documented, and executed.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work together with the Senior Leadership Teams and Managers across the business on leading all aspects of the change management project.
You will provide the constant level of challenge and rigour required to ensure full potential execution and drive proactive communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
We are looking for an experienced individual with extensive consulting experience and a track record in driving high profile change projects. You will have demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies and have managed transition programmes, or partnered into these from an advisory or consulting firm.
Equally important will be your gravitas, your high levels of energy and your impeccable, direct and impactful communication style.
