Description

We’re seeking a Transport Supervisor to bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of our Auckland fleet. Whether you’re an experienced supervisor or a Class 5 driver ready for a leadership role, this is your chance to make an impact.

Reporting to the Auckland Transport Manager, you’ll work with one other supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet and oversee 26 permanent drivers and up to 60 sub-contractors. You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and performance while fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture. If you have experience in dispatch, fleet management, and solid knowledge of the Auckland region, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:

Proven leadership experience or a desire to step up from a Class 5 driving role
A Class 5 license and understanding of transport operations
Experience in fleet management and dispatch
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving approach
Commitment to safety and the wellbeing of all team members.
