We are currently looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Crestmead site. If you’re passionate about building strong teams, driving process improvement, and making a real impact every day, this is your opportunity.

About the Role

  • Oversee all warehouse and loading operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, driving a culture where all injuries are preventable and Zero Harm is our goal.
  • Implement process improvements, manage stock accuracy, and deliver on-time, in-full performance (DIFOTIS).
  • Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Champion cross-functional teamwork and values-based leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years experience leading warehouse or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, risk management, and process improvement (Lean/CI).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for developing people and driving results.
