The Role:

Laminex is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly Cheltenham team. If you enjoy variety, working with a great crew, and enjoy a hands-on role, this could be the perfect fit for you! What you will be doing:

• Unload deliveries and check stock against purchase orders.

• Receive and dispatch goods accurately.

• Use RF scanners for laminates packing

• Assist with regular stock counts and report discrepancies.

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.

• Pack and store laminate sheets and materials.

• Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time – enjoy your weekends off!

Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:50 PM

About You:

• 1+ years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Current forklift licence and experience (Counterbalance LF)

• Comfortable using RF scanners; SAP or similar ERP experience is a bonus.

• Strong team player with good communication skills.

• Physically fit and confident with manual handling.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Basic computer skills and literacy (Microsoft Office).

• Possess a current First Aid certificate is an advantage or willing to obtain one.
