About the Role

Our current Warehouse Supervisor has been promoted which means we are currently looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our Banyo team. As a supervisor at Fletcher Insulation you'll oversee daily activities such as picking and packing, receiving and put-away, and loading and unloading trucks. You'll also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging innovation and excellence within your team. We are looking for someone who is a proactive, safety-conscious leader with a knack for developing people and driving operational success.

As a leader of our small team, we are looking for someone who can influence and inspire people to do their best every day. You will be strong in developing your team and ensuring people are constantly following safe work practices. Ideally, you have experience in allocating tasks, conducting appraisals, and planning so that your area is working effectively and constantly meeting customer expectations.

Preferred Skills and Capabilities

Proven background as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Warehouse or DC role
Understanding of DC operations, including & not limited to invoicing, orders & discrepancies
You thrive in a safety-first environment and happy to support all safety initiatives
Motivating and supportive leader, you enjoy taking your team on a journey
Ability & confidence using ERP, and other digital software ie Microsoft Suite
Current Forklift license required (Ideally with clamp experience)
Excellent communication both verbally and written to ensure
Previous experience with building strong internal & external relationships
Can work in a fast-paced role with excellent attention to detail
You will lead in a collaborative manner that is inclusive and building team connection
