About the Role - Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a knack for both warehouse operations and a passion for the building industry?

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse and Installation Coordinator in Hillcrest, Brisbane! In this varied role, you'll start your day with hands-on warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. You will then shift gears to oversee site visits, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards. Your ability to balance these responsibilities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction will be key to your success.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly switch between warehouse duties and on-site coordination. Your excellent communication skills will help you effectively liaise with subcontractors, staff, and customers, ensuring smooth operations and timely installations. If you are a problem-solver with a strong commitment to quality and a passion for continuous improvement, we want you on our team

Ideal Skills and Requirements

Forklift License, Full Driver's License and White Card – Preferably
Experience in loading and unloading transport vehicles
Connection to the building industry or construction
Strong inventory management skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication and administration skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers
Passionate about EHS and creating a safe workplace/site for all team members and external contractors
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
Love working in a fast-paced role and can work with autonomy
