Our Whangarei Masonry plant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Yardperson/Dispatch Coordinator to play a vital role in our dynamic team. If you thrive in coordinating seamless product flow and ensuring operational excellence, this opportunity is for you.

Your Role:

In this position, you will:

Manage orders, offering support and advice to uphold high-quality dispatch standards
Input and create customer orders, handle customer queries and administrative duties
Oversee incoming and outgoing products, supporting production, packaging, and storage
Liaise with stakeholders, addressing needs and concerns efficiently
Assemble, stack, wrap, and store finished Masonry products to perfection
Load and unload carriers, aligning with dispatch schedules while delivering exceptional customer service.

Who You Are:

A self-starter with a positive attitude and drive for excellence
Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with suppliers, drivers, and customers
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
Effective communicator, conveying information clearly and listening attentively

What You Bring:

Experience with operating a Forklift
Strong numeric and literary skills for order management and effective communication
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a bonus
Good interpersonal skills for liaising with key stakeholders and customers.
