The Role:
You’ll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area in our Riccarton Branch, joining a team of 10 in our Yard and Drive Thru department. You will be part of the team, serving customer, loading, and unloading products onto vehicles/trucks.  You will be dealing with our building trade customer base and your key responsibilities will include assisting within the yard, providing product advice to customers when required. Assisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained. Monitoring inventory and cycle counts. This is a permanent full-time role working Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. 

A clean/ current Full NZ Drivers Licence is essential. Including experience operating a Forklift (licence and F-endorsement is ideal).

About You:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and real team player. Be reliable and have a willingness to learn. The role does require Heavy lifting, so you will need to be physically fit and have a solid Health and Safety values. You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • Previous building or warehousing experience would be an advantage, 
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers and you’re quick on your feet to solve any problems and ensure resolution 
  • You're always on the hunt for the next task to be completed.
