How this role will contribute to our Laminex future?
Our future Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our numerous customers facing locations. With a focus on supporting current sales teams and working with key stake holders across property, supply chain and design to open new locations. This position is about supporting your team while holding them accountable across organisation targets and operating decisions.

Our appointed Regional Sales Manager will bring a wealth of experience across leading a complex branch network and experience in the building products industry. 

You will have the ability to build a successful sales model coupled with the aptitude to delegate and empower a team accountable for delivering to business targets. Most importantly you will be a hands-on leader who is willing to roll up your sleeves to drive your sector towards success.
