We continue to grow and we have an opportunity for a customer service-focused team member to join our team in the key role of Trade Sales Support/Customer Service based at our Morrinsville branch.

We are looking for a vibrant individual who is self-motivated and pays attention to accuracy. Your day to day role would be split between Trade Sales Support (50%) and Trade Counter/Inventory (50%)

  • Receive incoming calls from trade customers
  • Give advice on PlaceMakers products and services over the phone and on the Trade Counter
  • Follow-up customer inquiries and orders with the dispatch area.
  • Support inventory requirements within the branch
  • Source and Order special goods
  • Handle general price enquiries
  • Provide backup service for Account Managers

We will be looking for the following attributes in the successful candidate:

  • You will need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High standard of customer service and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people 
  • Be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • You will need to be computer literate with full training provided on our in-house computer systems
